DavesCatalog.com affords our internet customers the opportunity to purchase directly On-line 24/7 a large assortment of shooting sports accessories. Firearms may be ordered through the catalog site but must be picked up at the storefront or shipped to a licensed dealer. Items listed on the catalog site may not be immediately available at Dave's Storefront. Please confirm an item is available at the storefront prior to coming.

• Shipping, Handling & Insurance are calculated on an individual shipment basis. UPS & USPS are our most common carriers.
• Prior to shipping any firearms, Dave's requires pre-payment of the purchase and a signed copy of the license (Federal Firearms License/FFL or C&R) to whom we are shipping. (NOTE: Regulations requires a licensee to verify another licensee’s status prior to making sales or deliveries to such licensee. Please be advised as of August 2005, that BATF will now recognize a faxed copy of a Federal firearms license as an acceptable alternative form of verification.) A signed copy of our license, FFL,  will be sent to the transferee with the order, or faxed in advance at the dealers request. We avoid COD's, they add charges and delay cash flow.
• At this time we do not have a secure means of obtaining credit card information via the Internet. When using a credit card, please fax, mail, or phone in the information.
• When a firearm is purchased from our website, we will promptly list the item in a "HOLD" status pending receipt of the FFL/Payment. Any cancellation of this order prior to shipment may (at our discretion) be charged a 15% restocking fee. Returns of New Merchandise are at our discretion. Approved New Returns are subject to the 15% restocking Fee, any and all S&H fees, as well as Credit Card Charge Back Fee's. Please be certain of your purchase prior to ordering.

DAVE'S GUNS POLICY FOR  PRIVATE PARTY & DEALER TRANSFERS

• Washington residents must pay Washington State and Local Sales Tax in the form of Use Tax on all merchandise brought into WA under Dave's Guns Business License. This includes items paid for by the individual prior to shipping that were not already taxed. RCW 82.12.020: Use tax imposed http://apps.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=82.12.020 . The present Sales/Use Tax Rate is 8.1%.
• Firearms purchased through the Internet/Other Dealers, Auctions, Etc. are charged a $40 transfer fee. All purchases made outside the State of Washington, even pre-pays, are charged WA State Use Tax/Sales Tax which is currently 8.1%. "Family" or "Private Party" Transfers that do not involve a "purchase", are charged a $40 fee.
• Parties requiring a copy of our Federal Firearms License (FFL) to be forwarded to other dealers can do so via voice mail, email or FAX. Please provide the dealers name, fax number, mailing address, telephone number and a description of the firearm (s) you're purchasing.

     I apologize for any typing errors in description or price. All federal, state & local laws apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges, credit card processing fees and transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer. All items listed were in stock at the time of this entry. Replacement goods are subject to price changes. 

     All sale prices include a $40 transaction fee for the Federal and State paperwork. Refunds due to FBI "Denials" may be given "minus the transaction fee" and 15% restocking fee. Refunds are at our discretion. We are under no obligation to return your money if you completed paperwork and were not allowed to possess a firearm. When in doubt as to your ability to posses, contact your local law enforcement agency, BATF, or the FBI.

Note for California Transfers: As of July 1st 2008 California will require a verification approval number for your FFL prior to delivery and it may delay or halt the transaction. All California buyers must pay an additional non refundable $10 fee for the work it takes us to get the approval number.  Click here for the CFLC info.

Layaway Policy

Dave's Guns does have a layaway program which may not apply to all merchandise and does vary according to item cost, etc. The general policy is as follows:

•  A 1/3 initial non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to layaway merchandise.

• The typical time for a layaway without interest charges is 30 to 60 days with 90 days being the maximum allowable duration for higher cost items.

• Layaways not completed within the designated time period may be sold for the balance owed and the layaway party not reimbursed. Complete layaways in a timely manner.

Not all merchandise is available for layaway, and often does not apply to consignments unless the consignee agrees to the layaway terms and conditions.
