PRE-OWNED FIREARMS PAGE

Dave's Guns is no longer open to the general public.   At present strictly an Internet Business.  We still do consignments and run Gunbroker and EBay Auctions.  Any customers with transactions in process, i.e., Suppressor Orders and Consignments can contact us via email and or telephone for appointments.

We at Dave's Guns have for the most part enjoyed our 25 years of serving the Spokane Area and look forward to our move to Florida.  Thank you.

Dave's Guns is Moving!

After many attempts to sell the business and "Kissing a Lot of Frogs",

we have decided to relocate Dave's Guns with us to Florida.

In the mean time, we are selling inventory on-line through Gunbroker.com under user name Daves Guns &

eBay under user name DavesGuns45.  Check us out as we have Tons to sell prior to moving!

Pre-Owned : Pre-Owned & Consignment Firearms: The below listings are pre-owned guns obtained from private parties by purchase, trade or consignment. The condition of these firearms will vary, and can be determined by the posted grading & picture.

Although there is a 3 day inspection period for pre-owned firearms, it is our goal to fully disclose the condition of the gun prior to shipping. Question regarding a specific gun can be asked via email, voice mail, fax, etc. More detailed photos should only be requested as part of the final decision process.

Dave's has yet to receive a return due to inadequate grading of a pre-owned firearm. This process has maximized customer satisfaction and minimized the expense and risk involved in unnecessary return shipping. All S&H costs involved are the responsibility of the receiving client.

New and pre-owned firearms are not tested by Dave's Guns and should only be discharged after a thorough inspection by the receiving party and or a competent gunsmith. Proper safety equipment and factory ammunition are also advised.

Read any and all accompanying literature prior to firearm operation. If a modern, current production, firearm does not have an operations manual, one can be requested from most reputable manufacturers and importers. Often these can be ordered or obtained on the Internet.

Local customers considering consignment of their firearms can review our "Consignment Policy" on our "About Us" link at the top of this page. You can be assured your gun will be in a secure building and transferred to someone who is legally allowed to possess it. The customer NETS 75% of the nationally advertised selling price of the item. Dave's receives 25% of the selling price to cover Internet posting, auction fee's, insurance and overhead.

Insurance & BATF regulations, require us to log each and every firearm into the shop inventory. Should the consigned item not sell within the allotted time, or should the consignee decide to pick up their firearm, it must be transferred back to the consignee by completing the necessary State & Federal paperwork for transfer. There shall be a $40 transfer fee charged to the consignee plus any other fees for auction, cleaning, repairs, insurance, etc. Primary consignment period is 90 Days, extensions with approval from Dave's Guns.

Thank you.
